At Makarun, we believe that a tasting menu should represent the very essence of our kitchen – a journey through Dalmatian flavors with a modern touch. This season, we are proud to present not one, but two new 8-course menus: the Chef’s Blue and the Chef’s Green. The Blue Menu celebrates the Adriatic Sea. From the delicate starter “Sea, barely touched” to the signature Lobster Makaruni and colorful white fish, this menu highlights the best of our seafood tradition, prepared with elegance and creativity. The Green Menu is a celebration of the land. Designed for vegetarians and suitable for vegans, it takes guests on a journey through Dalmatian fields and gardens. Dishes such as Roots Tartare, Red Makaruni, and Dalmatian Layers showcase the richness of seasonal vegetables and plant-based innovation in our kitchen.
